“honestly couldn’t be happier with the service from this team. They went above and beyond what I expected with our home solar and battery installation. They were friendly, approachable and always happy to explain every detail. Even when we requested changes, they were very accommodating and worked with us to keep the extra cost as low as possible. A genuinely customer-focused team that cares about delivering a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family, friends or anyone looking for solar and battery installation.”

“This review is long overdue. I don’t normally write many reviews, but Harpreet and the team at SS Electrix definitely deserve one. When I started looking into solar and battery installation, I received quotes that varied significantly, with everyone claiming to offer the best products and service. What gave me confidence in choosing SS Electrix was my conversation with Harpreet during the site visit. He was open and honest about what needed to be done, explained the options clearly, and it never felt like he was simply trying to sell me something. It gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. Once I decided to go ahead, the process was seamless. Communication was great throughout, and Harpreet had a very good team on the day of installation. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and patient in answering my questions and explaining things along the way. They completed everything in a day, and the end result was a clean and professional install. The system has been working really well since, and I’m very happy with the outcome. I can’t comment on the after sales service or warranty yet as I haven’t had any issues, but I’m hoping I’ll receive the same level of service if I ”
