“A brilliant experience, they certainly lived up to their name! We lost power due to fried cables coming into our power board, urgently needed an Electrician. I rang several places where the call was answered by a "Virtual Assistant", no help at all when i needed to know if they could help same day. At Star Electrical the call was answered by Paisley who could not have been more helpful. The initial news was that we'd likely have to wait till first thing next morning. A short while later I got a call to say there'd been a delay on another job and they were on the way. In less than 2 hours new cables had been pulled through and we were ready for re-connection! Can't speak highly enough of them, Star people, Star work, Star service!”
