Steve responded promptly - attended our property to assess the situation and provide us with our options. We elected to go underground and Steve organised this - drilling through some 50 meters of rock. Steve also laised directly with our insurance company which was a huge relief. Steve did a site visit and clearly explained the process, the costs, the scope of works required and the requirements of upgrading my switchboard. He discussed multiple options for the locations of the new switchboard and the underground services taking into consideration the aesthetics of my home and minimal disruption to my landscape. He provided a detailed quote and commenced works at an agreed time. The work was completed in the time frame given.
