“"The Fish Rots from the head" - We have experienced four to five separate pump issues involving two pumps and engaged this company "The Pump House " Not one thing is fixed but I am shelling out cash to you with no accountability. Unfortunately, both before and after the change of new ownership, our experience has been consistently poor or below poor. We feel like we are being scammed. To ensure this was not simply my own frustration, we reviewed historical customer feedback to see whether others had similar experiences. It became clear that this is a pattern, not an isolated complaint. {I do not criticise businesses lightly—I understand how difficult it is to run a successful business } — accountability starts at the top. While the company now has new owners, the issues appear unchanged. The problems seem cultural, not cosmetic and every time we dealt with them you get this sick feeling that your about to be played. We were told that the requirement for credit card details before any work was carried out ,"was a policy introduced by the new owners" . That explanation does not hold up, as this practice of requesting CC details has clearly been in place for some time. Trust is fundam”
