About The Star Solar
Solar company in Keysborough, VIC, designing and installing solar panel systems for homes and businesses.
The Star Solar is a solar energy business based in Keysborough, in Melbourne's south-east, working with both residential and commercial customers. It designs new, efficient solar systems and installs high-efficiency solar panels, with systems put together around each customer's individual needs. The business also works across solar power systems, batteries and renewable energy, and its service area takes in nearby suburbs such as Dingley Village, Braeside, Chelsea Heights, Carrum and Aspendale Gardens.
The company describes itself as Australian owned and says its focus is on reducing carbon emissions from non-renewable energy sources. Its team of installers provides information to customers and guides them through the process. As an electrical trade, this kind of business typically also handles general electrical work such as wiring, power points and lighting installation, so it is worth asking whether those jobs are offered alongside the solar work.

“I obtained a number of quotes and undertook relevant research and can highly recommend Don and his crew. Very professional, exceptional quality in respect to workmanship, solar panels and system recommended by Don and subsequently installed and very reasonable price. Don organised the relevant inspections after installation in a very timely fashion and provided all necessary paperwork for me to obtain rebate promptly. Highly recommend. John B Since having Don and his team install the solar panels I had him install a battery together with wiring a blackout switchboard that insures that a percentage of the battery remains in times of blackouts to maintain medical equipment. His understanding and knowledge is exceptional and installed what I wanted very professionally. Highly recomend.”
