“From the moment Adrian responded to my initial email I knew I was dealing with a company that took customer service seriously, and from start to finish I really felt that family business “care factor” shine through with everyone I dealt with at TTEC. Some highlights included: - Adrian coming out for a no obligation site inspection before quoting so that he knew the quote would be perfectly tailored for our needs (others had quoted site unseen and asked for deposit before doing a site inspection) - regular check in from various team members in the lead up to help keep me informed - before signing up, after signing up, on install day and post-install the entire team have been prompt to respond to any of my queries and have patiently run through my various questions. On install day the team did a great job and the work seems neat and tidy, with no mess left behind. The system has been working great and I’m very happy with the job they’ve done. I would recommend TTEC very highly, their customer service is second to none and it’s clear they care about their work and their customers. Thanks team!”

“The TTEC team performed extremely well. From the initial competitive quotation, contract, booking and execution, was all impeccable. We are two days in after having 20+ kws of solar and 50kws of battery, this beast gets the job done in just a few hours of sunlight. We opted for Sigenergy batteries, gateway and 30kw 3 phase inverter and AIKO A515 panels, all black hardware and it looks as good as it performs. Well done to Adrian and his team. 5 ⭐️”

“This is the second time I have used Adrian and the team at TTEC, this time for the installation of solar and a home battery system, and once again the service was excellent. Adrian and his team are knowledgeable, professional and genuinely wonderful to deal with. What I particularly value is the confidence I have in Adrian’s advice. I don’t feel I need to research every detail or question his recommendations — I know he will recommend the right solar and battery solution for my home rather than simply sell me a system. The installation was handled professionally and efficiently, and communication throughout the process was excellent. I have recommended TTEC to friends who have also used Adrian for their solar installation, and they have been equally thrilled with the level of service they received. It is rare to find a business you are completely comfortable returning to and recommending to others. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Adrian and TTEC again.”

“Adrian and the team at TTEC were awesome. From quote to install everything was easy with great communication from the team. Adrian completed a site visit as part of the quotation process and modified this following questions and changes I wanted ensuring the system met our actual needs with some future proofing. The install team arrived on time and completed the install with no fuss, keeping me informed of what was happening during the day and running through the full system after install, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of the day - you'd never know they'd been onsite. Highly recommended.”
