“Lochie and his three man crew turned up yesterday at 7am as arranged to fit our new solar system. The old system along with our roof had been hail damaged in the Nov.25 storms. These guys worked very efficiently to complete the work in just a few hours with minimum fuss or noise. Lochie loaded my phone with the inverter wifi info and showed me how to find it. He explained how he could troubleshoot solar problems remotely if necessary for us. We are so happy that we chose Vivid Electrical, and would recommend them to all. 5/5”

“I had a great experience with Lochi from Vivid Electrical Gold Coast. He was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. I purchased a solar battery in 2nd October 2026, and Lochi gave me some really good advice on how to match it with my existing inverter. Thanks to his recommendation, I was able to avoid spending extra money on things I didn’t actually need. I really appreciate his honest advice and the fact that he genuinely considers what is best for his customers. It’s not often you come across someone who is knowledgeable and willing to help you save money rather than sell you more than you need. I would happily recommend Lochi and Vivid Electrical Gold Coast to anyone considering a solar battery installation.”

“I ended up with quotes from seven different companies to get exactly the same battery and inverter supplied and installed. The price range was excessive with some companies obviously charging a lot more for the same equipment and install works. Vivid was the only one that also did a site inspection and discussed the battery size and cost per option which was very clear. I selected Vivid Electrical and I'm very happy with the installation standard and the operation of the system after ten months. The install consisted of a Sungrow 5kW hybrid inverter and a Sungrow 16kWh battery along with switchboard upgrade to assign two back-up circuits, one each of power and lighting.”

“Lochi and the team at Vivid did a fantastic job installing my solar system. From the first meeting I felt that everything was under control. They arrived on time as promised, were incredibly professional and left the job in pristine condition. The system recommendations were absolutely perfect and the end result is exceeding expectations. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Vivid for a solar installation. Thank you.”
