“When my 10-year-old gas-boosted solar hot water system failed on a Tuesday night with rusty water leaking from the cylinder, we needed a fast replacement. Watters stood out from the pack immediately with their responsiveness and provided a clear quote to upgrade to a 270L Emerald Energy heat pump with the Solar Soaker add-on. They had the entire installation scheduled and completed on Thursday. The team handled everything seamlessly: disconnecting the old gas and plumbing, removing the broken tank, and running a dedicated new electrical circuit through the roof cavity to the meter box on the other side of the house. They also handled the Victorian Solar Homes emergency rebate without any hassle. The new Emerald Energy unit is quiet, looks clean, and the app provides great visibility into energy usage and water temperatures. Highly recommended!”

“We purchased; an Emerald Heat Pump, a Sigenergy 18kw Battery, to go with our existing solar panels and inverter; and a Fujitsu Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner. We're extremely happy with everything. The price was fair, staff very friendly, patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Watters staff or their subies. Definitely recommend Watters Electrical & Solar Albury and Shepparton.”
