From the beginning, the experience was completely different. Jamie came out to assess the issue, with Lucas there to assist, and they were both fantastic. Jamie took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure we understood the issues rather than just doing the work and leaving. Thankfully, they didn’t need to move any of the solar panels and were able to work around the existing wiring. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful.
