“Disgusting behaviour from company representatives. 7.30 start on a Saturday EPA regulations state not before 9.00am. Doof doof music at full capacity no respect for residents in a built up residential area, not a new development in a paddock. Not surprised to read similar comments from other reviews over time seems no one at this company cares about their business or image as behaviour has not changed in over two years, if behaviour is unprofessional what does it say about the owner of this company if they allow it to continue. Reported to Council and EPA look forward to a phone call and fine. HILLSIDE VICTORIA”

“Was at site next door with these guys in Armstrong creek today. Screaming and yelling with anger at the top of their lungs constantly with the doof doof playing bleeding everybody else's ears out. Not a good look for a company.”

“If you're looking for a company that values noise over neighbourhoods, CPT delivers, literally. On the one day a week we get a break from the relentless doof-doof of tradie soundtracks and power tools, CPT decides it's a great time to fire up the machinery and shatter the peace. This isn’t just about noise, it's about respect. I mean, who is this tradie to think his ridiculous music is ok to blast down our street on a Sunday. Respect for residents, for mental health, for the basic human need to have one quiet day. CPT clearly has no interest in the communities they operate in, and even less in the people who live there. If your business model requires your workers to disturb the peace on a Sunday, maybe it’s time to rethink your priorities. Do better.”

“Efficient and Prompt trades and excellent customer service from Ana. Her help and support were particularly welcome and encouraging. It was great to deal with someone who understood and did all she could possibly do to assist. Thank you particularly to Ana”
