“You get 2 stars because you gave notice you were coming. What you did not give us notice of was your intention to keep the entire neighbourhood awake all night whilst you drilled and hammered. Absolutely disgraceful. Had I known you intended to cause noise pollution at this level I would have stayed in a hotel or bought ear plugs. I have a full day of work ahead and have had no sleep.”

“Similar to Michael’s experience, their employee hit my family members car in early April. Called them up and their manager has not been corporative with the insurance. Each correspondence took a week to respond, now it’s June, the car still can’t be fixed and is dealing with the insurance. Bring a lot of inconvenience to our life. Their employees don’t know how to drive and the company’s attitude makes us very frustrated.”

I would have thought that Zinfra would have a process for this sort of thing. The fact that the driver just drove off is very surprising..”

“I had a Zinfra employee attend my hospitality workplace last week. The employee was attending a Zinfra function and the whole group were evicted from another venue due to poor behaviour. Instead of taking their co-worker home they left him in the area to cause further damage. The Zinfra employee harassed our customers and when asked to leave claimed to be a bikie and 'patched up' and went on to threaten staff. Police were called, luckily no physical damage to anyone however emotional scars and a very scary night. Thousands of dollars of trade lost due to service having to be halted and customers leaving due to the danger all so Zinfra could have a party. Sadly we are customers but only as we have no ability to leave Zinfra's network.”
