Support hours
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST, and closed on national public holidays. If you write outside those hours, we’ll reply the next business day.
Aussie Builders Directory is a directory and can’t send a tradie in an emergency. If there’s danger to life or property, call Triple Zero (000). For a gas leak, call your gas distributor’s emergency line, which is printed on your gas bill.
Report a problem with a listing
If a listing has the wrong phone number, address, trade or licence details, or the business has closed, tell us. Include the business name and what needs changing, and we’ll check and update it.
