I put in for a quote for a power connection over two months ago and got an email to confirm that they received it but have heard no more since! I have rung several times to ask for an update and been told someone would would ring me back, to no avail. I eventually went in to see them, had my number taken down and was informed that somebody would ring me that afternoon - nobody rang me, so the next day I called again, this time I was promised that they were working on it at the time and would have something to me by the end of the week. I have been hesitant to post this but it has been 2 weeks since then and I haven’t heard a thing from them. I can understand that businesses get busy but I wouldn’t have a problem with the time it is taking for the quote if they had just been honest. Since this has happened I’ve also recently heard about other people having similar problems with Enacons service so unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.”
