“After being advised that Turnbull electrical were the manufacturers warranty repairer we made contact and were advised that we waiting on paperwork. After x3 weeks we contacted again and were told "I have the unit and paperwork I'll be there tomorrow." I've since learnt tommorrow never comes....after changing my schedule with work a half dozen times it was always the same, no show no call, no response. Weeks pass of excuses and no call back. On contacting the manufacturer the would investigate and they had trouble getting action, even though he had the unit and paperwork. I think I was told every excuse imaginable including stress ??. The only excuse not used was alien abduction. After 3.5 months the manufacturer organised another electrical company who rang up the next day turned up the following morning and repaired the unit in 40 minutes. So unless you love to waste your own time for over 3 months or have a time machine then I wouldn't recommend Turnbull electrical.”
