I asked for someone to fix the fault, you gave me a quote for that and the hourly rate it would cost. Instead of coming to do that work, you sent a sparky to change out the switch, which again, was not the issue. Is it any wonder I didn't call you back when the fault occured again? The fault is not in the top level so the ceiling height is also irrelevant.”
