“David and Jenny are lovely people. Communication is important to me, and it often makes or breaks me proceeding with a contractor. Jenny was delightful. She answered all the questions she could, and promptly got back to me with a time for David to come out to my home to quote. David arrived on-time for the quote, provided a price, hung around to chit chat for a couple of minutes, and was on his way. This is important. I could see that David valued my business and I wasn't just "another job". David managed to fit me in on short notice to install my EV charger and managed to work within my schedule. The job was challenging due to the shape of my roof and limited cavity to work within. David tackled it efficiently. He was professional and friendly through out. The price quoted was very fair. He did everything with care, and was sure to ask me questions about how I wanted things placed. I was very impressed with his work. The work was carried out without issue. Jimboomba Electrical is now my go-to electrician, and I will be referring everyone I know in my area to them. If you are looking for an electrician who knows both the trade and customer service, you can't go past Jenny and David”
