Is claiming really free?
Yes. Claiming your listing and editing your details, services and service areas costs nothing, and there's no card to enter. Upgrades are optional.
How do you check that I own the business?
We email a 6-digit code to the address already on your listing. Enter it and your claim is approved straight away. If you sign in with an email on your business's own domain (the one in your website or listing email), you're verified instantly. If neither reaches you, our team checks your claim, usually within one business day.
My business isn't listed. What now?
Contact us with your business name, ABN and trade, and we'll add you.
What can I change once I've claimed?
Your business name, description, contact details, services, licences and service areas, and you can see how many quote requests your listing receives. Photos, opening hours, licence numbers, full quote request details, replying to reviews and the Verified business badge come with an upgrade.
Do I need a licence to be listed?
No. Listings show the licences on file, and you can add or correct yours once you've claimed. Licensing rules differ by trade and state, so check what your work needs.
